Debbie’s staging method includes furniture and accessories purchased specifically for each home that skillfully evokes a unique and personalized style. The majority of furnishings are carefully selected from local furniture consignment stores at the best possible price, thereby providing the client with another cost-saving advantage.
Furnishings that are home specific and inventively appointed create excitement, ambiance, and stimulate the buyer’s imagination. Very quickly the new buyer takes psychological possession of the home and an offer to purchase often follows.
Staging benefits the buyer and seller. It eliminates much of the guesswork for the buyer and results in a faster sale at a higher price for the seller. It memorably distinguishes the seller’s home from the many other homes the buyer is considering for purchase. Ultimately, the cost of the furnishings is nominal because it is easily absorbed by the higher selling price reaped by the client.
